We are looking for a train assistant (f/m/d) for Flixtrain trains on the lines:
Berlin ↔ Stuttgart Berlin ↔ Wiesbaden Berlin ↔ Basel
Lateral entry applications are expressly welcome!
Your tasks:
Assistance to passengers during the journey and in emergency situations Ticket inspection and sale Customer advice and support on board Information on tariffs and connections Operational tasks as a train assistant Train cleaning during the trip and at the end of the trip
You bring:
Desire and interest in the railway/train travel Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft Ability to work in a team, reliability, resilience and high commitment Well-groomed and customer-oriented appearance The joy of dealing with people Ideally, experience in service (for example in the field of mobility, but also in gastronomy, hotel business, retail, etc.)

We offer you an intensive on-the-job training in the field of rail vehicle maintenance. If interested, this can also be done in combination as a train attendant.
