What we do

Jobs&Joy is an AI-powered job-matching platform. Instead of tailoring an application for every role, you complete one short assessment and we match you with opportunities based on your skills, values, and goals — then employers reach out to you directly.

Why we built it

The traditional job search is a numbers game. It rewards volume over fit: tailor a CV, rewrite a cover letter, apply, repeat — and most applications disappear without a word. Candidates burn out, and great matches get lost in the pile.

We think it should work the other way around. Our mission is to automate the path to a career people actually enjoy — so the right opportunities find you, based on who you are and where you want to go, not on how many applications you can send.

How it works

• Complete one short assessment — about 10–15 minutes — and upload your CV once.
• We translate your experience into real signals and match you against actual role requirements, not job-description keywords.
• When there's a strong match, employers reach out to you directly.
• When a suitable role isn't publicly advertised, we proactively contact relevant companies to introduce you.

Who's behind Jobs&Joy

Jobs&Joy is built by FAMA GmbH (managing directors Felix Adam and Denis Franz), based at the Starterzentrum of Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken, Germany. The platform is built and maintained by Nika Rudenko and Christian Bryan Marcelino.
