Job description:
Carrier Community is an exclusive networking club and digital media platform based in Berlin and serving the international telecommunications community, with active members and collaborators including Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier, Telefonica, Orange International Carriers, Sparkle, and more. Carrier Community was established 15 years ago as a central, transparent platform and meeting place with which members can exchange ideas, contacts, and business information.
Since then, we have become a trusted partner of 11,000+ members, providing services to enhance business opportunities across the telecom industrys various sectors. Alongside CC global digital media 9 channels, Carrier Community provides branding and online-based networking opportunities year-round alongside annual specialised summits and general events such as GCCMs (Global Carrier Community Meetings) in London, Singapore, Miami, Muscat, Lisbon, Rome, Cape Town, Rio de Janeiro, Dubai, Berlin and more. In order to keep up with growing demand, Carrier Community is looking for a driven Junior Front Office Manager to join the team in Berlin.

What we need:

- being able to work from our office in Berlin-Gatow
- being punctual and well organised
Required tasks:
day to day running of office facility management related areas management of office storage items assisting the Supervisors with daily meetings arrangements conducting research, booking flights and accommodations for team ordering stationery and furniture dealing with daily post, correspondence, courier related complaints and queries managing courier suppliers and all office related mailing implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems attending meetings with senior management if required
Education:
- preferable having BA degree in business administration or similar specialisations
- previous work experience is ideal but not a prerequisite
- Good command of Microsoft Word
- Good English oral and writing skills

- Assisting the head of sales with relevant sales tasks
- Assisting the sales team with the management and execution of local events
- Assisting the sales team with the management and execution of digital media projects
- Attending industry events and networking functions to meet existing and prospective clients
- Making warm and cold calls to existing and non- existing clients to invite them to participate in annual organised events
- Preparing daily and monthly reports for the head of sales
- Assisting the sales team with writing sales proposals and client requests, and assisting in resolving issues
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality of delivery
Education:
- It is preferable but not mandatory to have achieved a BA degree in business administration or similar specialisations
