Because our projects are scaled nationwide, we need someone who keeps the overview, tracks processes cleanly and ensures installations, operations and communication mesh smoothly. Zentrale Koordination zwischen Installations-, Vermarktungs- und weiteren ProjektteamsCentral coordination between installation, marketing and other project teams Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen, Aufgabenlisten und StatusübersichtenMaintaining and updating project plans, task lists and status overviews Nachverfolgung offener Punkte und Deadlines – Eskalation bei Verzögerungen oder AbstimmungslückenTracking open items and deadlines – escalating delays or coordination gaps Pflege von Dashboards, Standortübersichten, Installationsstatus und VermarktungslistenMaintaining dashboards, site overviews, installation status and marketing lists Aufbereitung von Statusupdates, Protokollen und EntscheidungsvorlagenPreparing status updates, minutes and decision templates Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Installateurseinsätzen und TerminkoordinationSupporting the organisation of installer deployments and scheduling Erstellung von Reports und Zusammenfassungen für interne StakeholderCreating reports and summaries for internal stakeholders Protokollführung und Aufgaben-Tracking aus MeetingsMinute-taking and task tracking from meetings
