Manufacturing Global Process Owner Data ManagementHager Manufacturing Ottfingen, Germany Heltersberg, Germany Tychy, Poland Bieruń, Poland Blieskastel, Germany Permanent Role PurposeThe Global Process Owner Manufacturing Data Management is accountable for defining, governing, and continuously improving the global manufacturing data landscape across Operations.The position can be enriched with project management contributions in the Manufacturing or Industrialisation domain.The role acts as the functional owner of Manufacturing data, ensuring that system data structures are standardised, accurate, and consistently aligned with real operational processes. This enables reliable decision-making, performance transparency, and scalable digital execution across all manufacturing sites.The position operates at the interface of Operations, Processes, and Digital, requiring strong manufacturing domain knowledge to ensure that data governance translates into practical, executable solutions at shopfloor and plant level.Key AccountabilitiesDefine and govern global standards and principles for Manufacturing dataAct as functional Data Owner for Manufacturing data, including scope definition, quality targets, and governance rulesOwn and structure work center, routing, and capacity data models across plantsEnsure end-to-end alignment between system data and operational realityDrive data quality, consistency, and performance transparency through defined KPIs and governance routinesManage data lifecycle, ownership, and change governance across the manufacturing networkAssess, prioritise, and coordinate new Manufacturing data requirements in alignment with Process Owners, Operations, and ITRepresent Manufacturing in cross-functional data governance and decision forumsSupport plants in improving data accuracy, standards compliance, and effective system usageBuild and sustain capabilities in Manufacturing data management, standards, and Lean Manufacturing practicesRequired Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, operations, industrial, or data-driven environmentsStrong hands-on expertise in Manufacturing data (work centers, routings, capacity)Solid understanding of MES architectures and Manufacturing data flowsProven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principlesExperience in data governance, master data management, or digital transformation initiativesHighly structured and analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex interdependenciesProven ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environmentBackground in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation, or production environmentsStrong understanding of shopfloor processes and operational constraintsWhat we offer?Personalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smoothOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager Groups awarded Hi University.
